Campaign List View
The Campaign List View is where you can monitor, manage, and edit all campaigns in AdCloudIQ. It provides a centralized view of campaign performance, status, and setup details, with quick access to key actions.
What You Can Do in Campaign List View
View all campaigns in one place
Monitor campaign delivery and timelines
Expand campaigns to view associated line items
Take quick actions such as viewing, editing, pausing, or deleting campaigns (based on status)
Campaign List Columns
Each campaign row displays the following information:
Campaign Name – The name of the campaign
Advertiser – The advertiser associated with the campaign
Budget – Total campaign budget
Line Items – Count of line items within the campaign
Delivered / Booked – Visual graphic showing delivery progress
Start Date – Campaign start date
End Date – Campaign end date
Days Left – Remaining days until the campaign ends
Status – Current campaign status
Creation Date – Date the campaign was created
Campaign Actions (Ellipsis Menu)
At the end of each campaign row, select the ellipsis (⋯) menu to access available actions:
View – Open the campaign in read-only mode
Edit – Make changes to the campaign
Pause – Pause an active campaign
Action availability depends on campaign status:
Completed campaigns cannot be paused
Draft campaigns can be deleted
Viewing Line Items
The Campaign List View supports nested line items:
Click on a campaign row to expand it
View all line items associated with that campaign directly beneath it
Collapse the campaign to return to the main list view
Campaign Statuses
Campaigns in AdCloudIQ can have the following statuses:
Draft – Campaign is being created and not yet submitted
Pending – Campaign setup is in progress
Missing Creative – Campaign requires creative assets
Ready – Campaign is fully set up and ready to launch
Live – Campaign is currently running
Paused – Campaign has been temporarily paused
Complete – Campaign has finished delivering
Archived – Campaign is no longer active and stored for reference
